Default Oxygen Sensor Issue

Hey guys, my "service engine soon" light came on and I got the code scanned. It was for bank 1 sensor 1. I replaced the sensor (twice) and the code still persists. Any ideas on where I should go from there?

Thanks,
Steve

I unplugged the negative side of the battery for ~20 minutes. At first the code went away for about 3.5 miles...Any other time it was there as soon as I started the truck.

Oxygen sensor bank one sensor one slow response or at limit. This code is for the front 02 sensor on the side of engine that has the number one cylinder. May be caused by vaccuum leak or bad sensor.

I guess I gotta find the vacuum leak then. I don't think 3 sensors were bad. Thanks for the help.
