Default Oxygen Sensor / Vacuum Leak

Hey guys. I've got a code for sensor 1 bank 1. I've replaced the sensor twice and still get the code. I've heard this can also mean I've got a vacuum leak somewhere. Could you tell me which (if not all) vacuum lines would cause this? Or which lines would be a more probable cause for the code? I basically just need some help starting in the right direction.

Thanks,
Steve

P1133

Also, I've had trouble with my HVAC freezing (not blowing any air, hot or cold) once the temp drops below 32*. Not sure if it's related or not.

yea sounds like an vac related Id start by the distributor and follow all the vac lines till you find the issue.

NP your best bet is start checking your vac lines 1st by the distributor cap and then go on from there.
