Sounds like Captain has got this one, so I'll back off and provide help if needed with using Torque Pro and/or Car Gauge Pro to read the desired things. I think I have more experience than he with these specific Android apps, but not necessarily with the actual diagnostic strategy. Take it away Captain and I'll help where I can.

You do know you can get a loaner fuel pressure gauge from most auto parts stores like autozone and advance auto parts (with deposit)? To me it beats buying one, and they are usually pretty nice gauges.

Could an improperly done "throttle body mod" cause the problem? Reset the ECU and the idle is around 1,000-1,250rpm and still has cylinder 3. Didn't notice the throttle body was missing the diverter until I thought about it.

What did you do to reset the PCM? Throttle body mod will have no affect on individual cylinders, it does the same thing for each cylinder. Are you sure none of the injector "spider" lines were pinched when installing the plenum? Can be tricky adjusting the lines on the fuel metering block, especially #3 line. Idle speed is high, should be ~550 rpm. If the metering block is not fully seated up into the plenum, the O ring will not seal, causing a vacuum leak, high idle, and lean misfires.
