Pick up Coil dignostic

Pick up Coil dignostic
I'm working on a 97 Blazer 4WD 4.3L with a no start issue. I'm not getting a spark at the plug or from the ignition coil. I believe that it could be a crank sensor, ignition coilor a pick up module. I took the coil to Autozone and my multi meter to compare it to a new one. they were very close to the same so I believe that the coil is fine. I found instructions on the crank sensor on how to check it, but I'm not sure how to check of the pick up module is working. The part is a duralast DR188 (autozone part number) and it has a three pin plug. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks, Frank

Autozone should be able to test the ignition control module as well (directly in front of the coil with the heat sink on it). Failure in the ignition control module is a common problem, but do have them test it first.

RE: Pick up Coil dignostic
thanks, I had them tested and they were fine. The problem was that we forgot to replace the reluctor ring (crank sensor timing ring). Once I replaced that there was plenty of spark.
