Default please help

I am having a code P0758 on my 1996 chevy blazer 4.3V6 4L60E automatic transmission.

That code says it is a "B" side shift solenoid. but i have replaced the transmission twice still the same problem

When the VCM detects a continuous open, short to ground or short to power in the 2-3 SS valve circuit, then DTC P0758 sets. So I would say it's probably in the wiring if you have had multiple transmissions in your vehicle. Read here for further info.
