Default Power issue... TPS??

I have been having a consistent power issue, and got it MOSTLY fixed... replaced the ECM and took it to get timed properly, and now the power itself is great, BUT it randomly likes to act like the gas pedal is not engaging. Also, the oil gauge randomly drops right the bottom, even with a new oil pressure switch. I am thinking it is either a fuel/oil pressure problem, or the throttle position sensor. I will list all new parts and fixes, please give me your thoughts!

1992 Chevy S10 Blazer 6cyl 4.3L TBI

• spark plugs and wires
• distributor cap and rotar
• air, oil and fuel filters
• fuel pump and strainer
• fuel pump relay
• thermostat
• pressure radiator cap
• oil pressure switch
• coolant sensor (?)
• PCV valve
• EGR valve
• MAP sensor
• starter
• ECM
• timing adjusted

*NOTE: It is currently missing the catalytic converter and O2 sensor, until I can afford to replace the entire exhaust system with a better one.

HELPFUL REPLIES ONLY, PLEASE!!!
THIS IS NOT A "MULTIPLE POST"!!!

Your TPS operates at 0-5 volts DC. You tube has testing procedure videos. A basic multi meter is all that's required.
