A custom PCM tune would be good, the others - not so much. Not enough benefit for the money and effort.

how much power would i get out of any of these? i am mostly looking for torque b/c my truck is going to be pushing 32 soon and i won't have the money to regear for a while(3.42). i am running 31 with no problem, but just wanna make sure i have enough grunt to move the 32 when i get them.

Aside from manufacturors' hype, only a dynamometer can factually give you the figures you want. I won't even try to speculate. If you're planning on changing your gears (which would be the best thing to accomplish what you are trying to do), I think going to 3.73's would be the ones for you. Hopefully this is on a 2wd so you don't have to change the front ones, also.
