Question about 94 s10 blazer oil pump

You guys are going to love this...the hose from the sending unit is a little hose, inside of a big hose and then electrical tape used to seal it up lol

Well i changed the oil cooler hose, and then today she was really erratic, shaky, oil pressure would drop, and going 45mph in over drive with the petal to the floor...(MAYBE) So i have a blown head had a friend of mine whos a mechanic take a look... Any one know where i can get a 4.3l vortec online? still want to buy a new engine though the moron that had it before me did not take care of it and the engine most likely got used to the sludge being in there so a rebuild is $800+ and a new engine is $1200 unless any one knows of a better deal....

Need a new exhaust too so there's the loss of power and the erratic behavior


Work will have to continue at a later date I have an infection and i woke up this morning with my face so swollen my eyes were swollen shut, so as soon as i get rid of this I'll be back on here and under my truck
