Default Replacing Valve body

Hey guys, I am going to be replacing the valve body in my 99 zr2. I just want to make sure that I am getting the right (Updated) parts for this and to find out if there is anything else I should worry about with the procedure.

Parts list that I am going to order (as long as it is correct)
Shift kit Shift kit
Valve body Valve body
Corvette Servo Corvette Servo
and
Accumulator piston kit Accumulator piston kit
, not sure if I need this or not.

The reason for these parts is I am getting the p01870 (i believe) when driving in overdrive for a little while. When in 3rd only it is just fine. Everything seems to shift OK, and feels OK, unless I am in overdrive than the torque converter will not stay locked up. I have done a full servicing on the transmission and added a cooler.

Am I on the right path here? I am trying to avoid spending the 1500$ for a new transmission if I don't absolutely have to.

Thanks for any help!
