Default Rich running idle

I've got a 95 blazer that I'm currently towing cross country with and can't afford to drive till it breaks.
I thought I hammered it out but it's still acting up.
It is running really rich open loop, and closed loop don't help things much.

It's got a new map, tps, cpi, nut kit, coolant temp, and no codes... But it smells like gas on startup and on a warm start it sometimes kicks the revs up to 3k for a minute before coming back down. Cleaned the IAC and it made no difference.

Sprayed the whole engine bay with wd40 looking for a vacuum leak, and the odd thing is it passed CA emissions with lower than normal hydrocarbon readings so it should be good at 2k but it's been smelling of oil at that last 100 miles or so. Engine seems mechanically sound and pulls 20lbs vacuum. Tune up is new.

It's a real head scratcher for me. I've only got the egr valve, Ecu, or coil left that I can think of that would effect things except maybe the "power booster" valve leaking air.

Anyone got any ideas on this one? It's not an easy place to tear it down on the side of the road but at 1300 miles to go it's worry some.

No multimeter either on this one but if someone had the coil specs I can through down to test it.

Update: pulled the egr for giggles. It's fine.
