My parents have a 1999 Chevy blazer 4dr, 4.3L. Before I moved back to the area, they told me it was starting to act up. So upon arrival I went for a ride with them. Heres the break down:
When you start it in the morning, it starts up fine, but once you put it in drive, first gear chugs and sputters until you get into 2nd gear, and from there on its fine. However, once the car has been warmed up for a little while you can start it on and off through out the day and it drives through every gear like a champ.
I've checked plugs, fuel filter, and connected it to a Scanner (which showed me nothing). I am only hoping that someone has had this misfortune and has figured out the cause and a way to remedy this.
I've tried searching (here/google/bing) and found nothing really relating. Thanks in advace for a 1 post member.
