Running rich and random putts
So I have a 95 blazer CPI injection yayyy XD I'm thinking it's the fuel pressure regulator but anyways. I was taking some trash out at work a couple nights ago and when I was done I noticed a raw fuel smell from the exhaust the vehicle was running fine no putting or even a miss but SES started flashing, gave it some throttle went away this was after sitting for 10 to 15 min but I've let it sit again since and hasn't done it, I also have a problem with it acting like it's not getting enough fuel it randomly sputters once or twice while I'm driving but it's not bad to the point I have to pull over or anything. I replaced the fuel filter about 10 to 20k miles ago before realizing it was replaced about 30k miles when I got the service record from a shop the original owner took it to when I was diagnosing the spider injector to make sure that was the issue before replacing it Im mechanically inclined but not the best at diagnosing problems like this nor do I wanna just start throwing parts at it like some people any help would be great.
What motor do you have in your Blazer?
Does it look like this?

Or does it look like this?

If it looks like the first, then you could be suffering from what happened to my 92 Blazer. Under the plenum there are two rigid plastic tubes that go between the injector and the fuel supply and return lines outside the plenum. On mine, one of these tubes/hoses split and would add raw fuel to the engine causing an over-rich condition.
If it looks like the second, you still could have a raw fuel leak under the plenum, but I'm not familiar with the possible failure mechanisms for that system.

It's the first one yea when I did the injector around this time last year I didn't have time to wait for a new one of those hose kits to come in I forgot to add that that might be coming back to bite me in the *** XD I looked at them and they looked fine but I think I can order them I just forgot the part number for then
Do you have any OBD codes? When I had my leaky hose, I got codes for a bad O2 sensor. I think it was triggered by it being fouled with carbon.
Yea I had to replace an O2 sensor not long after the injector replacement but I know I have an evap code because the cotton filter deteriorated so it isn't doing it's job but I don't have inspections where I live but I wanna fix it at some point
