Default same truck......new problem!

So it seems to be the story of my life, but it beats a car payment. My 1989 4.3 is finally cranking great, and running good for the most part! But now it seems to sputter some under load after a while of driving. I will also point out that when I first crank it it sounds great, but after a few minutes or so,as it warms up,it starts making a raddling sound! It only does it at idol. When it starts sputtering I hear a similar sound as I give it gas, when I let off it goes away and runs right. I have replaced the TPS,an injector, wires and plugs. New fuel pump and filter and cleaned the AIC real well. Also have no vacuum leaks. Anyone have any ideas on this one?
