Default Searching but noone seems to ba able to help

I have a 96 Blazer with 122k on the 4.3. There is a valve tap, stuck lifteror a upper knock in the engine. And the code is spitting out missfire on cyl#5.It sat for ahwile before doing this. before it sat it ran nice and flawlessly. She starts up, runs great but misses a little, no coolant in oil, new upper and lower intake gaskets, and actually just pulled my 4000lb boat great, just an anoyying tapping. Does anyone know of a thread on how top properly remove and install heads? I think im goign to try and get a valve job or buy a new head since all else works fine. Thanks.
