Default Service Engine light Flashes

Hey guys I have a 2001 Chevy blazer I just had sparks and distributor wires replaced, light hadn't shown since they were replaced for about 2 weeks not its on and it flashes when I am driving on the highway. Any thoughts on the issue?

Feels like it runs fine it accelerates on the highway fine, but then flashes.

That is strange it flashing like that. I have a service engine message that stays on found its the purge solenoid or something to replace now the blower fan stopped working on it hope this is not part of same problem or if new problem if its costly to have fixed?
Yours could be loose wire somewhere I think my last blazer 1999 had that happen too it did stop eventually.

I think flashing usually means misfire. It was flashing before you had that stuff changed, and two weeks later it's flashing again? Maybe its an injector leaking and fouling a plug if that's the case. Did you check to see if there's any codes? Since you just replace distributor and wires, maybe something came loose. Did you replace spark plugs? One of those could've backed out.

You need to get the trouble codes read. That will tell you where to start looking to solve the problem. Flashing usually means a misfire though. It's flashing because it's a potentially serious issue that you need to address right away.
