Hi there.

So I just had a transmission rebuild on my 2002 4wd blazer, and today I put a new Neutral Safety Switch on it. I'm having a problem though - when I have the car in 'park', it's showing as being in reverse on the driver display, and I can't get it to start.

Does anyone know what that could be?

 

The alignment of the neutral safety switch is off just a little. Just my opinion, did you use a repair manual when you change it? either way you may want to recheck it...

 

X2 also check the shifter linkage adjustment it may be off just a small bit I had the same issue with mine and swapped in a new shift cable never had a problem since.
