Smoking only after idling for a while.
Ok so my blazer will start to produce white smoke, but only after it runs awhile while parked. My friend thinks that it's my tranny. Is this a possibility? If so what can I do to fix it.
Also I have a hesitation between 1-2. I've searched and I've seen either a solonoid or a type of spring. Thanks for any help.
It's an automatic.

Sounds like it could be a head gasket to me, when you first start it there is no pressure in the coolant system, after it runs a while it builds pressure and then can be seeping through the head gasket.
The white smoke is coming from the tailpipe right? Because I have seen tranny lines pop off and the fluid goes all over underneath and on the exhaust and makes a white smoke

What's the condition of the engine oil?
Are you losing coolant? or does there seem to be some cross contamination between the two?
Milkshake for oil?
Brown/discolored antifreeze?
Check the plugs for color. A steamed cleaned looking one could indicate coolant in the cylinder.

It's coming from the tail pipe. Sad day.
