Roller lifters, yes. Roller rockers, not unless he has done some rework. Namely, it would require swapping out the net lash pressed in rocker studs for thread in adjustable rocker studs. Then you could use any small block 350 rocker arms.

 

ok yeah i thought the guy was screwy. He was telling me it's a dual overhead twin cam stock. no such thing.

 

We talking about a GM 4.3L? Nothing like that is found in these trucks.
