Talking soon to be v8 conversion

hey folks im getting ready to perform a 350 conversion to my 93 blazer with the Tahoe lt package. as this the first time im doing this i could use all the tips and advice i can get. also im trying to keep it kind of cheap as well i have the vortec 4.3 now with the 4l60e trans. thanks..............

Do a search and you will find a lot of info. It has been discussed a lot. Not sure what your definition of cheap is but i would plan on spending 1-2k or more depending on how much you get the motor for and how much you do yourself.

Probably not gonna be able to use your tranny without spending about $600 for a stand alone computer to control it,it would be cheaper to get a 700R4.

Get the S10 V8 Swap manual from Jags that Run (JTR). It covers all your options for installing a V8 into the S10. (Summit Racing, Ebay and event JTR website sells it)
