Have a 2003 4.3 will start and run in park but as soon as you put it in gear or seems to choke it's self out. I have replaced the coil, the distributor, mass air flow sensor, temp control sensor and throttle position sensor. Have cleared up all of the codes but still having issues. Can you hel

 

What were the codes before deleting and what codes does it show now?

 

Mass air flow sensor, crank sensor and crank collation were the original codes. Currently I have no codes showing. Yet it runs in park but as soon as you put it in drive it cuts out.
