Check for SES codes and let us know what you see. If no codes are present do the fuel pressure and leak down tests at the test port and at the fuel filter. plenty of posts here on those procedures. How does it generally run? Rough or does it act like it has a miss? How does it idle, we need more info to help.

Hate to ask but how do you find ses codes. Nextly when it is running it is very smooth except for upon crank up, it idles well around 600rpm. Fuel filter is new and the fuel pump is about 1year old. Haven't checked pressure yet. Need a new gauge first

Does it stall as if you turned the key off or does it act like its starving for gas? Our 2000 Blazer would randomly stall and would sometimes stall while driving. It would just die like you turned the key off. The mechanics could not find the issue. If it's working (not stalled out) what kind of problem do you look for? At 1 point it stalled about 6 or 8 times while trying to put it into "Drive" from "Park" and would re-start just fine. It ran fine when it was running. Long story semi short is that after replacing the ignition switch we have not had any issues (about 3 weeks). I'm not saying this is your problem but it is just something to keep in mind.

Truth be told I can't differenciate that one too well it seems more like the gas but its only when in reverse not other gears ignition doesn't sound like a bad idea though

Default You guys make no sence

Fuel problems are not going to differentiate between reverse or drive. Its the same amount of drag. I have found that every one of these ive seen its because your timing is to high. It may run fine but at a slightly high idle. I dont know why but thats what ive found. The only other possible senario would be a bad torque converter or possible crankshaft play etc

Only stalls out in reverse??? I would think it has something too do with your Tranny... Torque converter possibly? Maybe some kind of sensor went bad? Just throwing it out there, I have no grounds of proof though. I don't see how it would have anything too do with fuel pressure ect...

I had this same issue stalling in reverse wouldn't happen all the time but enough to bother me. No ses. Then one day it stalled going down the highway still no ses. Did some research narrowed it down to my ignition switch. Haven't had the problem since. Good luck!
