Default th700 reverse

Hi all!
My old K5 has recently started acting weirdly. When i start engine and engage "R", it doesn't reverse straight on (it will if i rev engine). But if i use shifter to "D", and then to "R" it works ok. Somekind of adjustement problem?

Fluid level correct? If ok it's going to be internal. Not an adjustment issue. Possible low/rev clutch pack failing or reverse input clutchs worn.

Fluid level is ok. And there's no odd smell. If it's internal, i have to let someone service it, i don't have know-how about autotrannies...
