Ok I bought a 2000 gmc serria 1500 with a 5.3 I rebuilt the Trans and it ran fine but before that I would have issues with the dash and headlights and it not starting then after I rebuilt the Trans It started running good then if felt like it started slipping then it wouldn't shift so I wiggled the wires underdash and it wanted to move forward but couldn't what could be the issue
