Transmission Disorder
#42
Thanks, it doesn't really take this long, I am taking my time because I want it to be a winter vehicle. But now I'm ready to get this thing going and work all the bugs out.
This was a great experience, now I'm not afraid of going into my truck trans if I need to.

I got it all put back together, refilled the transfer case and the trans. Fired it up and went through the gears then topped off the trans. No issues. Took it out for a test drive. Trans shifts nice and smooth. Took it out to the section of road were it would shudder, no shudder. Took it for a good 20 mile test drive with no problems.
I guess it's fixed. Only time will tell.
I want to thank everyone that chimed in here, it was nice to share this with those with similar interests.

I have been using this as my daily driver for the winter season (although there has not been any snow yet, not complaining) and have put a few hundred miles on it since the trans work. All is good, shifts good, no leaks, and fluid looks good. I was thinking of doing a dump and fill soon but not sure if it's really needed, thoughts?
