Default Transmission issues

I have a 93 s10 blazer 4x4 with the 4.3 vortec cpi and automatic trans, I recently changed the transmission fluid gasket and filter, slight burnt smell, some grim on the magnet, cleaned it up etc. I noticed a loose screw under the filter didn't think it was supposed to be like that so I tightened it up, put everything back, no leaks or anything, but then i noticed that it was shifting a lil hard into 2, put 2 quarts in seemed to help, drove it last night, and now its shifting hard enough to almost break my wheels loose, and its slightly hard 2 to 3 now too, side note i manually moved from first to 2 and it still felt really hard, as well as putting it into reverse from park. So any ideas? Ive read solenoids, and vacuum, speed sensor on the front wheels, idk where to start, ive got a baby due in February and need the backseat
