Transmission issues still

The motor was rebuilt not the trans, already did the tps, im leaning towards valve body/solenoids, cuz after all that ive read it seems like the pressures are not getting regulated right

Ive got a Chiltons so I may take a shot at the valve body

The valve body has all those solenoids that control the 1-2 , 2-3 , etc. shifts. It is fairly pricey to buy, but I think that is the problem. It requires another drop the pan and change the fluid. Be very careful about cleanliness. Read all you can about it before hand. If you can get to a lift, it would be really nice but not mandatory. Be sure to have four good floor jacks and a creeper to tackle this without a lift.

Yeah it was a pain the first time with no jack, but ill try all the easiest things first
