Guess we have to read the directions on the can to find out LOL

 

Sorry for the lull in getting back. It said basically that if you're going to flush the transmission then drive it at least 5 miles so it will have a chance to go throughout the transmission. It also says that you can put it in there after you change the fluid during fill-up. I did both and it is still doing just fine.
