transmission/rumble strip
i just bought a 97 blazer..i haent driven it much, cause i have a transmission leak, but the little i have driven it, i believe its the transmission make shakes and makes sounds like i just ran over a rumble strips..i can feel the vibration at my feet when it does it too..id assume it does it at a certain rpm..but i havent driven it enough to notice when..anyone have any suggestions?

More than likely it is something else in the driveline causing the vibration. Either a worn u-joint or a bad output bushing in the transmission (transfer case if 4wd).
I just had to replace the output bushing in the back of my dad's 2004 2500HD pickup. It had a bad vibration between 55mph and 70mph.

i tried googling it, and i seen u joint and torque converter mentioned the most for probable causes
