Ok, simple fluid and filter change job......the pan came out fine and there weren't clearance issues. Go to crank it up and drive off the ramps and the transmission will not go in any gear. I hear a clicking sound occasionally on revving up the engine but it will not engage in a gear. The vehicle drove fine prior to changing the fluid. It is throwing the P1860, 1864, 1886 codes.
I did change the heater core last week but don't think any of the electrical connections involved would affect this but thought I would throw it out there anyway. I have not removed the pan again yet and gone inside.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!! Thanks.

If you let it run until it is completely warm and check the trans fluid is it showing up at all on the dipstick?
Could also be a bad solenoid/s or the wiring harness inside the trans. Could be a bad ground. Did you knock anything loose when replacing the filter?

Type of Blazer, Year, Type of Tranny?
I ride a 1994 S10 with a 4L60E.
Changing the fluid by removing only the pan and filter and putting all back in no time, then filled it up came out as expected - neat.
But: Never let it drain or crank it when the pan is off as the trans fluid will drain from several parts such as the lines to the intercooler. If this happens - for my Blazer the manual has a bleeding procedure.

Those codes refer to 3 diffent solenoids, that all use the same power feed wire. It sounds more like an electrical problem, not trans.
I would:
1) Check fuse box
2) Check pwr on trans connector.
3) If no pwr, step 2, could be ignition switch, doubtful since it worked before the fluid change.
4) Pull pan and check that all the wire harnesses are plug into the solenoids.
