truck has weak acceleration

Unhappy truck has weak acceleration

I recently brought my truck, and it made it the whole trip.. however, now when i turn my truck on it goes into gear just fine, but the acceleration is weak and if i oress the gas to hard, the truck dies on me.. its is an 82 k5 blazer, with a 350, and turbo 350 tranny. Please help..

Weak fuel pump? Dirty filter?

no man, I changed the fuel filter, and I was leaning toward a pump.. thanks for getting back to me quickly, I will see if its the pump.. but on the other hand could be a bad carb or distributor.. getting the carb rebuilt soon, and the distributor if the carb is not the solution.. if both are not solutions you bet ill be at auto zone with that new fuel pump. thanks man, and ill get back with my progress

UPDATE: I had the carb rebuilt and the problem with acceleration is solved!
But now, when i turn the truck off, it keeps running, i unplugged the battery, and spark plugs, and fuse box, the engine still kept running.. What in the world?? Help!
