I unplugged my tccm and reconnected it. Now instead of it being solid in 2hi it just blinks in 4hi and I cannot change into anything else. I cannot turn the front driveshaft by hand. Front actuator is good. Haven't found a vacuum leak yet. I can't find where the 3 port vacuum switch is.

and does any one know what the other end of this hose goes to or is it a vent
