Default Vacuum Line Issue 1999 Blazer

I recently purchased a 1999 Blazer, while looking under the hood I discovered a disconnected vacuum line. There is a hose coming off the manifold spits near the master cylinder (see pictures) Hose one narrows itself into a smaller tube-like line. The other (the one that is disconnected) is a typical black vacuum line seems routed near the drivers fender/firewall. Any idea where this goes. You can click the links below for the two pictures of stray the vacuum line. Thanks for any any help!

Looks like the line that is supposed to connect to the vacuum reservoir that is located inside the driver front fender.
