Default Vacuum line missing?

I have a 95 s-10 Blazer 2dr 2wd and I just had my motor replaced with a REM and Its Idling rough and the shop is giving me a hard time. I just re did the cap and rotor cause they didnt do it... and just noticed that I'm missing a vacuum line thats located under the cap and rotor on the back of the motor. Does anyone know wheres the other end, whats it do, and is there any vacuum diagrams out there? I know this alot to read and I thank you for at least reading it and I'll appreciate any help you can give.
