Default very cold weather, engine idle goes down

This has only happened twice so far, but when i first start my Blazer when it
sits overnight when it is VERY cold outside (around zero degrees) the engine idle gets really low and flucuates a little bit. This happens a few seconds after i start it, then it goes away and idle goes back to normal. Could this be a fluke or could there be something wrong?
Like i mentioned, its only happened when its around zero temps outside when it sits overnight.
