Default White smoke and sputtering sound

My 1996 Chevy Blazer is emitting white smoke out its tailpipe and making a sputtering noise from the front of the car. This only happens when I push down on the accelerator. Usually when I go between 40-50 mph and then completely stop, I then push on it and it emits the smoke. We've taken it to multiple places to see if they can find the problem, and nothing's shown up. It's SO embarrassing in public when this happens. HELP!

STOP RUNNING IT IMMEDIATELY!!

You're engine has a serious problem. Antifreeze is leaking into the combustion chambers!

Could be several things. Blown head gasket, blown intake gasket, cracked block or head.
