I just bought a 94 s10 blazer with the 4.3. My problem is when it gets hot that it wont startup. Turns over just fine and i hear it stumble a little like it wants to start. When it's cold i dont have a problem. also if i put some either in it when it's hot then it'll start right up.

I too would suspect the ICM.
Not sure where it is located on the 1st gen motors, but on the 96+ motors, it is located near the passenger side valve cover and has a heat sink on it. Most common with these is for the thermal paste to dry out, prohibiting the transfer of heat to the heat sink, overheating the unit.
