1974 K5 failed emissions. Need some advice.

It makes me sick to think that your Blazer should have to have an emissions test. My 82 is exempt from having to have an odometer reading on the title and Arizona if effing with you about the pollution? They should give those inspectors guns and get their asses to the border where they are needed!
