well even if it is I unfortunately do not have them in mine and need to install them due to my toddlers needing to ride in my blazer, they can't right now due to only having lap belts, if anyone knows where I can get the hardware to convert it or any info that would help I greatly appreciate it. Thanks for you time everyone

It might help if you clarify where in your truck you are talking about... If you are talking about the front seats, they should be 3-point belts as standard. If you are talking about the rear seats, I do not believe they were available with 3-point belts until '90. The only way you would be able to convert yours is to get a top from a '90-'91 K5.
My kids rode in the back of my '74 with just lap belts before I pulled the seat to assess the condition of the floor. But my truck has the cinch style seat belts which can be tightened down nice on their seats. If you have the not locking retractable belts on the outside of the bench, you would need to swap these to the cinch style belts. They can be purchased from a number of places online (LMCTruck.com, ClassicIndustries.com, etc) or grabbed from a junk yard.
