hi im new here and I just picked up a cheap 84 k5 blazer. it sat for a couple years and its not orignal motor and it wont start. i have checked timing, camshaft timing, spark. it doesnt seem to be getting fuel to # 1 cylinder. # gets it . i havent checked the others yet. but what would cause that valves? they seem to be moving fine when cranking or is it possible something is blocking that port? ive been working on it nonstop for 3 weeks in my spare time. and its driving me crazy! any ideas would be greatly appreciated

and i know its not orignal motor due to center bolt heads and serpintine bent.
