need help with turn signals, i put in new flashers and bulbs and front and rear r side work fine and flash but on drivers l side only back tailights work and flash , the problem is the front l side lights are on but no flashing ??

 

I would grab a multimeter and see if you're getting power to that bulb. If not it could be the socket for the bulb or it could be that the ground is no good for that light, or that there is a break in the wire somewhere.
