Default Brake problems

Ok...so about a month ago we replaced the front disc brakes with no problem. About two weeks ago we replaced the rear drum brakes and a few days later when I'd get the truck warmed up and into drive the brakes would lock up every time you touched the pedal. Would not do it in reverse or after I got around the block with the truck. So we replaced the wheel cylinders thinking that was the problem. The truck was ok for a few days but now the problem is back! It stops so hard that it could probably stop on a friggin piece of hair!! I don't want to screw up my truck by having them like this cause you can hear all kinds of grinding when it comes to such a dead stop like it does. Any ideas?

Are you sure you got the shoes installed properly? I have seen this happen when the shoes are installed backwards (long shoe in front / short in front or vise verse as I cannot remember which way they actually go).

I don't know what he did to them...lol Actually I am beginning to think it might be the front brakes. I could feel it sticking today when I went to move the truck. But he's going to look over all of them this weekend.
