Default A/C cover question

hello!
recently i blew up my evaporator on my 90' k5. (no matter how right now)
the explosion shredded the hard plastic cover and i must replace it. i was able to remove the entire cover except one bolt which located underneath the blower.
i pulled the cover hard and was able to remove it completely but what will happen when I'll have to put the new cover in?
my logic tells me that the inner fender must be removed in order to gain access to the spoken bolt, am i right or there's something that i missed?

You should be able to get at it with a swivel I know I've gotten at mine without removing the fender. On my beater s10 I just smashed down the inner fender to aide in removing it

Junkyard man. Probably the same as a truck but check first.

sorry i didn't mentioned it earlier but i'm from Israel and k5's are pretty rare here.
so it's almost impossible to find them in any scrap yard, but i'll give it a try. but still - if anyone knows where i can purchase this cover online, it will help me greatly.
