Default Carb Issues

I have a 1986 Blazer K5 with a rochester 4bbl model e4me. I installed a plenum air intake on it with an amsoil cone filter. It is also cold outside about 40 degrees. The blazer used to run extremely good but now it cuts out when you stomp on it, almost dying for a few seconds then it catches up and accelerates. My question is what do I need to change or adjust?

Unless the new intake is hitting on something, it sounds as though the accelerator pump is not working properly anymore. This would cause a noticeable off idle stumble. It may be as easy as dropping in a new accelerator pump, but I would buy a complete rebuild kit and rebuild the carb.
