clunk when i put on brakes?

clunk when i put on brakes?
when i start driving and hit brakes sometimes it makes a clunk some times it sounds like something hittin floor what would cause this?

did you recently change the brakes?
check the front calipers...mounting bolts loose? missing?
i had one that got loose on me, made clunking noise.
need some more info if you have done any work lately.

could be one of 50 things. if it didnt do it before something might be loose, caliper pin, brake pad, rotors.
i actually did brakes on a f150 last week and it would thump per wheel rotation. looked over everything and everything was fine, it was just out of round new rotors. which happen occasionally, buying cheap junk

idk im going look over it and will get back to you im pretty sure the brakes where best i could buy but how they make **** now days you kno lol

everything is made in china. but like i said, maybe 1 out of every 100 brake jobs we do something is screwed up, the drum is to thick not fitting over new pads, rotor warped, always something
