Default Electric Fuel Pump 89 K5 Blazer 350

Can an in tank fuel pump be replaced with an inline fuel pump without removing the tank? Can someone please tell me where the fuse and relay are located? Thank You!

I would not replace it without doing something different with the pump in the tank. The pump will be a restriction.

The fuse should be under the dash and the relay, I think, is on the firewall.

Drop the tank and do it the right way, it's not as bad as you may think it's gonna be. I've never had to test the relay's but getting a good manual is the way to go, your gonna need it anyway.

Unless you are converting to a carb... you need to use an OEM style in tank pump. It's not that hard of a job, just siphon all the gas out before lowering the tank.
