Default Front end too low

My vehicle is not level, the front end is lower than the rear and I would like them to be the same height. Can this be accomplished without a lift kit, or is it just the way they were made back then?

Depends on how far off everything is. Your post is VERY light on details...

Have you inspected the leaf spring packs? Have you taken a look at whether anyone has lifted the rear already? How much arch is in your front springs? From the factory they are almost flat, but should have some positive arch (ends higher than the middle). If there is negative arch, you'll probably have to either get the springs re-arched or just replace them.

Now that is what I was looking for; thanks. My front leafsprings appear to have a negative arch to them according to your description. As far as the rear, I have 6 leaf springs and it does not appear to be lifted in any way.

that almost seems to be every k5 i see. i dont know if getting new front springs will correct the situation so id hate to see you go spend a few hundred dollars, maybe some 2 inch lift springs up front. and then if the front is to high add a 1 inch or less block in the back to correct it. mine was the same way

Mine actually sags more in the back and the front springs are almost flat. I do have a set of 1" zero rate blocks to add in the back that I picked up for $30.

See if you can find a spring shop nearby that can just add a bit more arch to the front springs. Shouldn't cost all that much.

mine are the same way. almost bottoming out on the rubber stopper too. im just going to measure it up and hit the junkyard up for some new ones. its funny though, the truck appears to be very level even though the back springs still have positive arch in them. they do have blocks but idk if that was the way these things came or not....
