fuel pump or catalytic converter ??
Im having issues with my 92 K1500 Blazer, its a Florida trauck and we just moved to COLD Ohio, it takes a lot of cranking to get the Blazer started ( has a new starter ) when Im excellerating its sluggish then if I push the pedal down more it will catch, when I get on the highway I am constantly having to give it more pedal and if I do alot of driving at high speeds the check engine light comes on, when I shut the engine off and re-start the warning light goes off. ANy thoughts or eperience with this ? I have the off road package so to get to the gas tank / fuel pump requires removing the skid plate so I dont want to go there until I have to...

When was the last tune up performed? I would start there. Replace the fuel and air filters while you are working on it.
As far as the check engine light is concerned, do not ignore it, get the code read and see what your truck is trying to tell you.

I dont know about the tune up, the plugs and wires look fairly new - not OEM anyway.... lol new air filter, can I get the code even when the light is off ? the only time it comes on is at 70 + MPH on the highway ?
