Default HELP! 1994 Blazer stutters @ low rpm/low gear change

I have a 1994 full size 5.7 Blazer, it stutters when I accelerate slowly and it feels as if it has no power. When I floor it however, it does it's job and it doesn't stutter at all, I only get this problem when cruising and I am driving at higher rpms because of this. I've done some reading and it looks to be the pickup coil? I know it's not my transmission, I have a 700r4 transmission in it and the transmission only has 14,000 miles on it. If anyone knows what the problem could be, please let me know. And I also only get this problem after the motor has been running a while, it drives perfectly cold.

Took it to a transmission shop, they said my fuel filter is probably clogged up, the transmission is fine. Changing the fuel filter tonight hopefully that fixes it.

I changed out my fuel pump and tank (18gallon) beginning of 2018 , prior to this my fuel light would come on at an 1/4 of a tank. Now that I've changed it out no light and I run out ( put more in it goes again) so I assume.
i dont remember seeing any hoses that will suck the lower side of my tank.... Any suggestions. Broke a fuel Strap so now I have to repair it, was hoping for an idea as to what to look at before I get back under my baby!

I'm curious as to why you took it to a tranny shop when you said previously that you knew it wasn't the tranny?
