Default help with a 91's electrical.

a couple months ago i bought this 1991 blazer scottsdale. everything worked fine, i love this truck. I took it on a light offroading trip for a couple of hours to a campsite near some natural hotsprings. I was the only person that didn't actually have to put their truck into 4 wheel drive, she just performed flawlessly. however when i got bcak i noticed that:
1-there was no pwer to the stereo
2-no power to the cigarette lighter
3-no instrument cluster lights
4-no running/parking lights.
My headlights, dome lights, brake lights, and signals all work.
I checked all of my fuses and even replaced them just for the fun of it. I also checked the wiring and grounds on the accessory block and everything is carrying a current. I even still took all of it off and cleaned all the contacts and checked any other of the grounds i could find(unless I'm just not looking hard enough). the electrical on this truck is a bit of a mess from the previous owner, but she still runs at a top.
So as you could imagine I am starting to get just a little frustrated.

Is there some curcuit missing that I'm just not finding? Please help, I've already gotten a warning from the cops saying that it has to be done in 15 days, and I absolutely do not want to be without my baby for any langth of time.
