Default Linex/Rhino Liner

I have been thinking about taking the factory carpet out of the 1990 GMC Jimmy and spraying the inside with Linex or rhino liner. I was wondering if anybody has done this.

if you have or know someone who has please share the outcome.

if you have pictures that would be great also.

Thanks.

i did it with some brush on stuff. i think it was herculiner. mostly cause my truck didnt come with a carpet. pretty easy to do, your truck will smell like the stuff for a few days though

i really couldnt compare it to what it sounded like before cause it never had carpet. but i really didnt notice it any quieter. the truck has a full exhaust with stock mufflers so its pretty quiet anyways and it being 25 years old i kinda expect it to noisy.

i think ive had the truck about 2 years so far. no wear at all. even where my foot sits on the gas pedal, though i dont drive this truck alot. maybe 2-3000 miles total since i built it.

anyways heres some pics, not very clear due to crappy phone and the two before pics were taken before i owned so excuse the mess

Try the stuff called monstaliner. Its just like linex/rhino/herculiner but it is magnetically charged so it sticks a lot better. Overall a better product. Its fairly new to the market.
